Make Better Use Of Your Existing Space
A loft conversion is a great way to add additional space to your home, particularly when extending the floors below the loft to the front, back or sides of your property is not possible or impractical.
A loft conversion can add a significant amount of money to the value of a property – as much as 20%.

Whether you are looking for a high-end interior with luxury finishing touches or a well-built but simple additional space, we will deliver your project to the highest standards.

By providing access via an existing or new staircase from the floor below, improving the floor to it is structurally suitable, upgrading / extending the roof and adding appropriate insulation and windows, introducing utilities like water and electricity for heating, light and bathroom facilities and then of course with the right fixtures and fittings all finished to the highest standards, we can create a stunning loft conversion that suits your needs and delivers on your expectations.
Eaves Loft Conversion
An Eaves Loft Conversion is the simplest and cheapest form of loft conversion. It is built within your existing loft space so it does require appropriate head height. It can usually be built under ‘Permitted Development’ building rules and as such should not require planning permission and doesn’t change the buildings external structure so is usually suitable for listed buildings and conservation areas.

Dormer Loft Conversion
A Dormer Loft Conversion adds new space to an existing loft with a physical extension that projects out from one or both sides of a pitched (sloping) roof. This means the new loft can be considerably bigger than the original attic and offers plenty of room for large bedrooms with en-suite facilities or even multiple rooms. It’s more work and cost that an Eaves Loft Conversion but generally results in a lot more space and value added to your property.

Hip To Gable Loft Conversion
A Hip To Gable Loft Conversion is suitable for most end of terrace, semi detached or detached properties where the roof can be extended sideways, replacing the ‘hip end’ with a ‘gable end’. This helps to maximise the space available from a loft area that might otherwise have limited space. Detached properties can have both hip ends replaced with gable ends providing even more space.
